just wanted to see how many people have watched this great film. if you haven't you should. definately one of the best i've seen in a while.

it's about the fighting between the bosnians and the serbians. three men get trapped in a trench, and the whole thing becomes a big mess as soon as the UN tries to help out, with the media following them. i don't want to go into that much detail, because that'd ruin it. it's kind of humorous at times, because no one can communicate good, because they all speak different languages.

very interesting movie, and well worth seeing. and also besides having a great story, the cinematography is also excellent. as is the audio (and what little music there is).

I liked it a lot. Wicked depressing ending, though.

Seen it twice. Excellent film, and the build up of tension is masterful. Great acting. It couldn't have ended any other way - the conflict between Serbians and Croatians is never going to be resolved and remains today.

i also loved the ending. made you think about how, in probably about 5 minutes there'd be a big battle there. very depressing indeed.
