Whenever I see a movie trailer like this I always think about the fact that grown adult men and women actually worked on this movie. Those kind of jobs might cause me to slip into depression unless it was one hell of a paycheck. It is so sad that this movie will probably make a lot of money and more deserving movies get ignored, but that is the society i which we live.

I am strangely attracted to this "film". I don't really think it should be equated with being a "film", but I can't think of anything else to call it in substitution, so for sake of clarity I will continue to call it a "film" but in a very, very loose fashion.
I have gone two years without going to movie theater...I think I may break out of my passive rebellion and watch this one.

Brain, I'm convinced you'll see it at the theatre for all the potentential tail. Although, I think the typical age chicks stop playing with those toys is like fifteen, so, you know, watch out.
"That's what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age."
A Bratz movie and a Michael Bay-directed Tranformers movie, I've got to hurry up and make my Oscar-worthy Barbie movie to wash this tripe out of my mouth before someone beats me to the punch.

Of course, and they all made money, and people go see the film, and people will see "Transformer: the...new transformer...", even though the first one was a cleverly disguised insult to the audience.
By the way, how come a lot of good movies don't (or didn't) score high on box office?
The point is, it's fun. The point is, it's easy. No one, in any way, can look at this film and say it's a good movie (though braininabox might say it's transfixingly enjoyable).
And yes, Transformers is technically in the same category as Bratz (very long, expensive commercials). The difference? Giant robots, and a legion of fans wishing to see said giant robots despite the terrible vessel that contains them.

I wouldnt go that far...but I actually thought it was great. It was so strangely unconventional...it was so astoundingly cliche and stereotypical that it was almost a satire.
Ive seen movies that are absolutely hilarious just because they are pathetic filmmaking disasters...but Bratz is not really one of those movies. Its strange. I don't really know my feelings toward it.
