The directing was fine, what lacked was the story plot, acting. Cinematography was good in alot of scenes. The editing lacked in alot of places because you knew it was hella fake, alot of stuff was done in the movie that isnt even possible.

whats gonna be worse than that by far is a movie coming out called "you got served" go watch the preview if you want a good laugh out loud at the complete obsurdity of hollywood's most pathetic attempt to get money from the 'hood'

I can't believe you actually went to go see it. I have a theory that if we can get everyone to stop watching bad movies, maybe hollywood will get the hint and stop making them.
Maybe its because hollywood hasn't been out on the street recently to figure out what people want. I think that's why I like studentfilms better then many theater movies. There is more grit and realism this way.

Yes, I completely agree, why would anyone make that movie.

cant know a movie's bad until you see it...if you base the merit of a film on the trailer (which you probably should in the case of torque) then wed be dismissing several films as bad that may actually have been good. oh and we need bad hollywood films. it helps to keep the balance. and they help get movies that are actually good some recognition for standing out.

if youre looking for a witty signature, youre looking in the wrong place.

the thing with torque is, its by the same people who brought you fast and the furious, 2 fast 2 furious, and swat. now, i enjoyed fast and the furious and swat. fast was pretty creative and considering its modist budget, i was impressed. swat i thought was one of the best movies of the summer. like fast, it was creative, funny, and action packed at the same time. though, 2 fast was pure crap. it was aparent from the begining that it was going to be. fast and the furious broke even the first week it was out and by the next week they were already penning 2 fast 2 furious. that is clearly a sign the only thing driving the decision was money. tourque was probably created out of the same idea. "well, we've done the car thing twice, lets try bikes." but you know, like was mentioned above, you gave into them by going to see the movie. so, in essence, they won this battle. anyway, thats my two cents. haha i agree Kyle but i was laughing my ass off the entire time...
"LIBERTY!!!...NO!!!!"
...just to clarify, Liberty is the name of a stripper from the film House of the Dead, her friend Tryanny is also killed by zombies. Its a great film with underlying symbolism such as the constant clash of strippers, Libery (who even wears a Red White and Blue jumpsuit) and Tyranny. Liberty outlives Tyranny until she is finally subdued by a horde of zombies near the end of the film. A symbol for society? of course.

there was nothing original or creative about tfatf, swat was pretty lame too, and 2f2f sucked even more than the first. i refuse to see torque on this pretext

also the amount of technical errors concerning realism and consistincy with fact and continuity errors in tfatf is at a record high.
