Heck yes. One of my new top favorites I think. The movie was really well done. Neil Burger directed and wrote this? He's new to me but I think he did a really well job. Edward Norton was well...Edward Norton...completely awesome. So was Paul Giamatti. Anyone else see it?

I didn't like it. It was just unsatisfying, and the "twist" was lame. Ed and Paul were good as always, but I think their talent was wasted.

The good reviews kept me going through the mediocre first two acts, until I was finally rewarded for my patience by a decent third act which committed suicide in the last ten minutes. Worth seeing on DVD but quite a let down. Some great moments, and delightfully creepy imagery during the final performances. It could have been so good.

I concur with Josh and Perry. Some people came out of that theatre exclaiming "what a twist!" and I was mystified as to their wonderment. Good performances but not nearly as creative of a story as I had hoped. Ocean's Eleven except using real magic as a shortcut. Seems like the writers got lazy.

I wasn't exactly surpris I don't the twist was really supposed to be the point of the film. I still loved the movie, twist or no twist. but I can't put my finger on why.
