A couple years ago, a TV show came out called Boomtown. It was, in the opinion of MOST critics and myself, the best show on TV. It was on sunday nights and it did very well on the first season.

However, the next season, it was moved to Friday nights, when most people don't watch TV at 8 or 9 at night. Therefore, it did not do to well, DESPITE being the most critically acclaimed show on television for the second season. They ended up canceling it. For me, this was APPALLING. I loved the show and I was so disappointed that it was taken off the air.

The first season came out on DVD today and I bought it immediately. I suggest you rent it or buy it because it's definitely worth it.

It was a cop drama that explored crimes through the eyes of many different, including uniformed cops, detectives, attorneys, reporters, the victims, and even the criminal. But the thing that was different was that it wasn't just a cop show. There was a very promising back story. It revealed the lives of the main cast and showed what was beyond bad guys and hand guns.

Written by one of the writers of Band of Brothers, it was an intelligent and surprisingly emotional show that would have turned out to be one of the most respected shows on the air.

Please give it what it deserves and check it out.

Yeah, that show was awesome until it got reworked on the second season. Forget the time change, the scripts really started going downhill even on the season premiere. Fearless was awesome, he had one of the best first season episodes.
