Yesterday I went back for round 2, and i have to say that The Dark Knight just isn't as good the second time around... The only other film i have seen twice in the theatre this year is Forgetting Sarah Marshall, which i found to have much better repeat value. Here is why i think The Dark Knight didn't impress me the second time around: It lacks emotion. I hate to say that i hardly feel emotionally invested in any of the characters, but honestly... the closest it comes for me is Harvey Dent. I think that The Dark Knight will have to settle for an 8/10 for me.
