Thinking back on it, I wish Morgan Freeman had had a little bit of a larger role. He's a great actor, but it seems he never gets a lot of screen time. At least, the movies I've seen him in.

No way, I can't wait for a sequel. As good as Nicholson was as the Joker, this is Nolan's (and Bale's and Hayter's and Goyer's) universe. I can't wait to see how they try to pull him off. elliott.

Three things I want to see before I die: 1. Jen Daenan (you don't know her) naked 2. That giant rock in Australia somewhere 3. Michael Keaton playing the Joker Meeting my biological father used to be number three on the list, but, man, I just gotta see Michael Keaton as the Joker! Dam Dirty Apes!

You know, he did play a wicked Beetlejuice, the Joker wouldn't be that much of a strech. And quite awesome too. elliott.

Well, I think Kevin Spacey is posed to play to Lex Luthor in the Superman movies so I don't imagine that happening in the next Batman film. elliott.

I'm probably the only one that cares anymore, but Crispin Glover would be awesome. He's creepy in a way I wouldn't really imagine the Joker, though, I imagine he would do a good job. I'd actualy like to see Mark Hamill do a live action Joker. That'd be surreal. elliott.

Mark Hamill as the joker? That would be real surreal (if no one else knows, Mark Hamill was the voice of joker for the animated series).

I have read that either Paul Bettany or Lachy Hulme will be playing the Joker. I've never seen either of them in anything (Hulme was in Matrix: Revolutions, but I must have missed him, and I really don't care for a second viewing of that movie). The only pictures of Hulme I can find have him sporting a beard, but Bettany certainly looks that part. Rumors abound that Mark Hamill actually IS up for the part of the Joker, but Chris Nolan denies it. Hamill, though not desperate for work in the field of voice-acting, would probably relish the job of turning his cartoon role into a live-action role. Trouble is, he looks like a crusty old bastard. Everyone remember the incident between Star Wars and Empire? Lucas felt that Hamill looked too boyish to reprise the part, so what does Hamill do? He gets in a killer car accident and demands intense facial reconstructive surgery so that he looks like a more respectable guy (albeit a totally different guy). Never underestimate an actor's devotion to a role he loves. And we all know Hamill loves the Joker. So, don't be surprised if Hamill soon gets in another horrendous car "accident" and emerges with white skin, red lips, green hair, and a devilish smile. God, that Hamill always cracks me up. That Paul guy does look rather terrifying, and wierd at the same time. I would need to hear what voice he would do before he got my approval.

Haha! Good to see you know your goals in life. As for Batman Begins, I thought it was awesome. The entire cast worked brilliant, particularly Bale, Caine, Neeson and Freeman. As for whoever mentioned they didnt like Bales weird Batman voice, I completely disagree. It made him seem really scary and would have terrified his enemies (which was the desired effect) I dont know whether I liked this better than Burtons. It almost feels as though Burton reintroduced Batman to the world, and paved the way for this film. Had Batman Begins been made in 1992, and not have been off the failure of Batman and Robin, it may not have seemed as awesome. Regardless though, the film rocked and I can't wait for the sequel. I'd love to see Keaton as the Joker, that'd be great. Or what about Robin Williams, Johnny Depp, or Tim Robbins. I agree he should definetly be scarier than funnier. I only hope that the sequel doesn't suck. Batman Begins was great because for half the film he was becoming Batman. In the sequel he will already be Batman, so lets hope they can keep it from being another average-superhero-action film. Only time will tell.
