hey. im new here. ive been leeching off of this site for some time, so i figured i might as well join. as a new member i would like to throw a recomondation out there. millers crossing is great. everyone should see it. one of the coens best films. thats all, i guess.

I still don't see it. I bought this movie solely off the recommendation of a co-worker, something I don't normally do. Yeah, the Danny Boy scene was one of the coolest shoot outs I've seen in film and there was one other where Gabriel Byrne(sp?) is getting beat down which was done pretty nicely, otherwise this movie just didn't do it for me, the acting was very weird at parts. The directing was great, but that's just the Cohens. I don't know, this one just didn't do it for me.
