a film by Mexican surrealist insane man Alejandro Jodorwosky. This movie is absolutely indescribable there is no way to understand what Jodorowsky intended besides confusion and enlightenment. Filmmakers love to say how much film is like music but ive seen little give example, this movie lets you fill in so many gaps and can relate to you in odd ways its insane. The great think about Jodorowsky's work also is that you watch it once and you can come back a day or a year later and its completely different. This movie will attack and suck off your subconcious and when its over you'll be ready to **** laugh and film. TRuely one of the greatest dreams created by man
trick is Jodorowsky's work is banned everywhere, but ive gotten his stuff off ebay for cheap.

That image reminds me of Zulawski's THE SILVER GLOBE, which I highly recommend seeking out even in the butchered dubbed English/Russian voiceover version.
Jodorowsky's DUNE would have been amazing. Look up information on that projects with art and concept sketches, film bible, etc - stunning.
So this and El Topo are to finally be released on DVD but I can't find a frickin' release date. I've been eager to catch them both since I've heard about them years ago. They're unavalibity is pissing me off, though. All I'm saying is, I can't wait to fingerbang my eyes.
