Okay, I'm going to be laughed at for saying this, but I think this movie is way underrated. I saw it last night and it was an absolute blast! It was so clever and entertaining, and had all those elements that make for good entertainment; guns, sex, romance, mystery, comedy, action, etc, and it did all of them really well. I quite liked it.
Seriously though, it does intrigue me slightly due to its total uniqueness, but I have been unable to bring myself to see it in the theaters. It's interesting to hear that it's good.
I harbor a deep loathing for the writer after reading that this was his master thesis script, and that State of the Union was an earlier school project of his. Not fair!

I couldn't bring myself to watch the movie either until my brother told me I should check it out. It's actually much better than I had thought -- definitely not the worst of movies out there =)
I had some qualms with it as for as techique (but we all do that with every movie) but it was a very nice movie all together.
