As fake as the first one was, I really enjoyed it. I also found the second one to be entertaining, but dissappointing at the same time... For people that have seen it, WHY do they put those unbelievable stunts in the film? It's so unbelievable it's ridiculous and it ruins the movie. My favorite thing about the movies is Jason Statham's character, which I'm glad stayed the same. But the action! what the hell... I think the best example was the perfect Audi barrel roll to knock a detonating bomb off the bottom of the car using a crane hook... I mean... COME ON!!!

I think that's the point. That sort of tongue-in-cheek choreographed perfection is what makes the movie funny, right? And it's certainly not intended as a serious film.

It may not be intended as a serious film, but even still, a lot of things in this movie seemed like they should of been deleted scenes. Watching this in the theatre, the crowd's reaction was "what? come on..." like they were also disappointed. I don't know, I guess I'm just kinda pissed because I felt it ruined the movie. You have to see it to understand what I'm talking about. The Audi barrel roll is probably 1 of 30 examples of unbelievable action.
its supposed to be so over the top that it's just dumb. i loved it, great summer actioner. the lead has charisma, the bad guys were cool, there were viruses, cures, **** blowing up, what more could you ask for? that being said, it wasn't brilliant by any means, and to me it's unfortunate when it's one of the best movies to be released all summer, but i liked it for what it was.

The funniest movie of the summer. And the best action, too. After a point, I didnt mind how cheesy/bad it was, whether it was intentional or not, it was absolutely hilarious.
I'm sorry, but it seems this flight has been cancelled. No, YOU HAVE BEEN CANCELLED!
Genious.
Actors? What actors?

I'm surprised to see you guys don't mind that stuff... How about when the girl shot the helicopter with a pistol and it blew up like an M80? or Jason Statham dodging bullets?
I think it's fun to watch because we can't realistically do it. My favorite type of action is the fantastical sort, especially if the director knows just how unbelievable it is.

Too bad they ruined this one. The first one had at least a certain believability factor, but this one just plain sucked. I really enjoyed the first one though.
I think if they can make a transporter movie that isnt as stupied and more believable, It would be a sweet movie the idea is good and i love the character. but then again you need the stupied movies at times to laugh. and the cars were bad ass in the movie.
