I heard Kathy Bates gets naked. I may not go this weekend...

Right, full-frontal Kathy Bates and a shot of Jack's ass. Alright, first off, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who went to this thinking that it was going to be a dark comedy, well, it's not. People in the theater might laugh, but I'm still not entirely sure whether they were supposed to. It... has... a... very... slow... pace. The best way I usually describe it, someone followed my boring grand pappy and made a movie about it. Not that it's all that horrible, I just didn't find anything in it worth a reccomendation.

Seeing Kathy Bates' front and Jack Nicholson's butt is not exactly what I would consider marketing material, either!

However, I will go see it. While I don't always agree with reviewers, I've heard/read some good things about it.

Thanks for the heads-up on the nudie scenes. I'll try not to be eating when they come up.

I saw AS last week and thought it was 'different'. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great. I thought Jack N and Kathy B did a great job and enjoyed seeing "Johnny Fever" again (as Kathy Bate's ex-husband).

Being the oldest person on this board, my memory fails me sometimes. I forgot about responding regarding KB's nudity (way back in January), so I forgot that scene was in the picture. When she disrobed to get in the hot tub with JN, it surprised me so bad my eyeballs caught on fire.

I haven't slept for days, since.
