I am in here in VA near DC and I'm looking to fulfill a dream! I'm new at this and I appreciate everyone's help and ideas!
I have lived a a lot of places,met with and friends with many people and so I wanted to just go into the lives of different people and there cultures and find the one thing we have in common! I also am working on another idea right now on the life of military families. My bro in law is in Iraq right now and his wife out here but not really focus on that but the "as the military family turns" theme. The spouses the children are the backbone and people need to see what they go through! A true insight! I feel they will open up to me because I am a military spouse!

What you've got sounds interesting. Finding interesting people's stories is the ultimate in those kinds of docs. Doing a project like that can be a great filmmaking experience (just imagine how good of an interviewer you'll be). I'm not or the right coast to help, but please do keep posting, ask questions, and share you're experiences.
