Rush Multimedia is going into a full re-design of its site and cinema. We are looking for a team of five people who would have the job of being moderators on the community and taking a look at video people have submitted to the cinema, and if there suitable you'd add the film to the database. If you like every aspect of film and like watching independent filmmakers films than this is the job for you. There is no paying at the moment, it is currently all volunteer.
