Hey guys! If you are good at making CG effects or opening titles to a movie please respond to this. I can't pay because I have an extremely low to no budget. If you are interested please e-mail me I'll tell you what I'm trying to achieve. If you'd rather me tell you in this forum I will. Just tell me.

Yes but my idea is a little different. I need the book to be coming into view by either candle light (like you can see the flickering that a candle makes) or by lightning flash. the pages won't be turning but you can see the actors name and director and stuff in writing (script writing as though it was written by hand) on the page of a book. I want the trxture to be like a parchment type texture. That's why I need help. I have no experience doing CGI and I don't have a good program for it either. If you can help I would gretly, GREATLY appreciate it!

Thanks!

Okay. MSN Messenger goes very slow for me and tends to freeze my computer, Gotan. Do you have an AIM screen name or a regular e-mail address?

My busyness factor drops down quickly as of tomorrow. I MIGHT be able to help, when do you need it by? here is an example of my graphical endeavors - so you can get an idea of my style.

Wow titanium. that is really good. i like it. i was thinking of starting out with a book against blackness and then have the camera zooming in slowly. then it suddenly opens and the pages start turning rapidly to a middle page. then it zooms in so u cant see the edges of the paper or book. just a blank page (parchment-ish paper). then the page stop turning and wee see the first credit. the page turns slowly and wee see the nesxt credit and so on. if its too much for u i can find sumwun else. but if ur not busy and would like to do it i would definitely appreciate it. if u want to do it e-mail me or write in here that u do and ill tell u wat the credits i need will be.

THANKS!

P.S. MY IDEA FOR THIS MIGHT CHANGE A BIT! STILL NOT COMPLETELY SURE! BUT IT WILL DEFINITELY INVOLVE A BOOK...OBVIOUSLY!

So why can't you just shoot a real book by real candle light, or use a light to simulate the lightning flashes?

Actually you can make them look like lightning while you edit, so just use a real book.

I could try it. I tried simulating it with a regular book with words in it and it didn't look right. I couldn't get the pages to turn fast enough and the lighting was absolutley horrible. It looked like someone walking passed a regular light.

when do you need it by? cause this month I need to apply to colleges, enter two graphics contests, the smithsonian photo contest, and start writing my next film... so it depends on when you need it done by.
