Lilia, though this site is full of very knowledgeable and helpful people, I don't see how any of us could help you right now, except for suggesting ways for you to start making your own films.
If Bulgaria is not a good scene, I honestly believe the best you can do is to learn as much as you can, through whatever school might be available to you, books, the internet, whatever... so that when you're old enough to get out of there, you have the tools and resources that will help you succeed elsewhere.
