To some of you this might be an unorthodox way to watch a movie. But here goes.

Start Life Process by going to.
Start Life Process

The structure of the story is a multi-timeline story, where the watcher is given choices and by the choices made the storyline changes.

I wrote it,
I produced it,
I directed it,
I edited it,
I animated and modeled all the 3d sequences,
I composited all the special effects,
I scored and wrote and made all the music.

Give it a try. Its the future of movie's and entertainment.

-- About the story --
Set in the future 20 years from now. A typical day in the life of an average American (Kohl) in the 21st century, goes aury when he wakes to find a message on his computer. His one true love (Enila) had been kidnapped and put up for ransom. The ransom, a mind controlling device, that has been outlawed. He goes on a quest to find her, and along the way contemplates the meanings of his actions. Different choices lead to different endings.

-- How to watch it --
Go to the link above.
Click the format you want to view up top and your bandwidth speed and click on start. After every sequence you watch click "next" at the bottom or click on the silver ring on the box. This will take you to the next menu to go down the multithreaded path.

To enter from the beginning just go to.
Life Process (main)
(flash version of the movie is not up yet )

FYI
It was the final culminating project for my Bachelors degree in New Media Technologies. I combined digital video, digital audio, 3d animation, graphic design, multimedia, and digital distribution. The product was this.

Life Process (main)

btw I am really not trying to toot my own horn, but toot toot, I worked very hard and when the time came for others to help only very few did, I kinda got left in the dark, but still made a cool project.

Good idea - the "choose your own adventure" format. I wish the execution was a little cleaner - it would be good if it automatically took you to the next screen after finishing a segment. How many branches are there?

The original concept is and was a DVD. There is a flash version in the works that actually has a little more animation between menus (motion menus) and that sort. I know you can embed a jump link at the end of video, but I think the better solution is to use flash or something with quicktime, interactive presentations.

There are 5 outcomes, so 5 branches.

I was going for a little more thought provoking than "choose your own adventure" format. More like a "run lola run", but instead giving the control to the viewer.
