yeah thats a good thing to feed him. everyone who dislikes his film are only doing it becasue they are jealous? could u ever concieve that some ppl honestly dont like a film? does me hating chicago make me jealous of the director? no it just means i didnt like his ****ing film. the likelyhood of a film being loved by 100% of the ppl who see it is slimm to none. the difference between true disliking and jealousy is constructive critisism.

No, money does not make Michael Bay a film God... but did you ever notice how the guy keeps making films? and how the budgets keep growing? Thast all because of money. Michael Bay probablly has an easier time getting atatched to greenlight projects then Kubrik did. 30 years from now few will know the name Michael Bay while many may know Stanley. The point is there are different levels of success. Make money with a film, and you will work again.

correct me if im wrong but isnt that sorta the purpose of this site? as good as a movie is there are always flaws, and by "nitpicking" doesnt that help the filmmaker out in the long run? you know, giving feedback on how to make his or her films get better and better?
