Can you request to just have a Broadband version of your film? I just don't think my film will play as well ultra-compressed. I'd rather have people wait for the download and then watch it.

Thanks,
joren

Have you watched any of the dial up versions of films? Chris does an amazing job on compreshion. It will be a bit smaller, but the image quality is great. I say this, because, unfourtanantley, I am cursed with dialup. I know, if it was only broadband, I probablly wouldnt bother. Its the same reason i dont (and cant) watch streaming Real player files. I dont know if its even offered, but why cut people out. Folks with broadband will watch as such, and others, Im sure, will appreciate your film, even if its not in all its glory. Just something to consider.

The Broadband Versions are the ones that are seen the most.

I always make two versions of the film to give Sfilms surfers the option.

A film might compress poorly if there are alot of one frame edits. I can double the data rate at times to compensate for this.
