One man writes a novel.
One man writes a symphony.
IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR ONE MAN TO MAKE A FILM.

I think the credits say it was shot on Kodak film with Panavision. It doesn't surprise me, because I too think this is one of the most gorgeous films on the site. I also think it's one of the most well-written, well-acted, well-directed and well-edited. What a package, huh?

The credits do indeed say Panavision.

I thought the film blew...

...But that's just me. It did look great, but that's about it.

We shot it on Kodak Vision-2 Super 16mm film, using a big fat Panavision camera.

Interesting. I didn't know Panavision made 16mm cameras.

Yup. I forget what the camera's official name was, but it was nicknamed the "Elaine." It looked just like a standard 35mm camera, only slightly smaller in scale.

We were very lucky, as our school had a deal with Panavision. Every year, they lone us a great deal of equipment that we get to play with for free.
