Ok, this story is pretty interesting to me, but it might not be to you guys. I'll tell it regardless.

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, but my production company is "Nothing Official Productions"

Studentfilms.com is the reason for that. When I sent in my first film to the site, "The Aviator", I came across the blank for "Production Company". I didn't have one, so I put "nothing official". Apparently, Chris thought that was my company name, so he put the Aviator as a "Nothing Official Production".

And the rest is history.

Well, boring post, but it's almost 3 in the morning and Danny boy here is getting into this forum stuff.

Now....I believe it's time to play Metroid for three hours before I consider bed....

That was a good story though. Its funny because I was browsing through the new films and saw Herold the Hitman and took note of the production company... 'Nothing Official Prod." I said to myself that that was a clever name. I myself am trying to come up with a good, ridiculous name to title the series of eye brow raising productions for the weekly video bulletin at my school. Last year I would always do serious stuff, well not necesarily serious, but serious in the fact that it has redeeming value on a school news program, and was entertaining to the students and teachers. Now that this year will be my senior year, and I will be "director in cheif," I want to kick back and just make funny stuff... kinda like person on the steet.. lots of interviews... lots of grab bag stuff.. almost kinda what Leno calls "Jaywalking." So anyway, I need a name to call these series, cause im sick of calling them "A JVB Production." This will not go anywhere, and will just last for my senior year, and then will probably disapeer as i begin to become "serious" about my film career next year in college, and will probably go back to JVB. So anyone got any ideas?.... heck.. im just going to make a new topic for this.. cause im interested in input.

Anyway,

Yeah it'd be funny if you kept that name "nothing official" and continued to produce under. Plus it provides a funny story when people ask how u got the name.

Im going to go and watch your Herold film now...
