Since the other topic was closed, I would like to express my appreciation of the film Recycled by Jeff Ray. A lot of people are being way too harsh on it. I guess they expect a lot from Jeff, because of his last movie. But I think Recycled is BETTER than Fallen. It's got more depth, and it really shows off the maturity that he's developed as a filmmaker.

And what's with people bashing the ending! I loved the ending! It made the point that he was trying to make so much more impacting.

Great job Jeff. GREAT job. Keep it up and don't let mediocre reviews get in your way, because chances are, the authors couldn't make a film anywhere as good as yours.

P.S. I'll be constantly checking this post. If there should be any replies that are inappropriate (Savannah), I will just delete those replies, instead of closing the entire post. This whole discussion shouldn't have to suffer just because one person. I'd like to hear what other people have to say as well.

I LOVED recycled and I agree it is better then fallen. People bashed the acting Im thinking WHAT? When Ethan and Faye meet in the "Paper" scene and the two are laughing and talking. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO ACT LIKE YOUR LAUGHING?! Anyways I also agree that the ending was perfect and how it magnifies the impact of the story, its like the butterfly effect kind of "Change one thing, change everything" and I loved that because in all reality that COULD happen the way it did. People also said they didnt like the zooms and the chaky shots, I thought that is part of the directing and cinematography i liked the best. Imagine that same scene with static tripod shots. The reason it worked is because he dropped stuff and he was concentrating on that and next thing u kno faye is talking to him... everything is confused and jumbled, he is mad, trying to talk to her and clean at the same time. I just thought it fit. All in all I loved the film very little if anything to complain about.

I think Jeff Ray is one of the best filmmakers on this site. Recycled was unbelievable!
I just want to know what type of camera he used!

not only do i 143 Recycled, but i appreciate the beauty of the relationship between Faye and that guy ... it was filmed so softly to catch the true essence of love... they had such chemistry... to bad she got hit by a car

well done jeff!
