hey, with Bush winning this latest election I feel this is the proper time to talk about my film "Entre to Exis" that I submitted about 6 months ago and was my hs film project that got me into my current film program in college. i don't care at all what ppl think about it or suggestions etc... i just think this is the right time for me to let ppl who haven't seen it know that its on the site (the link to the short is at the bottom).

Haven't seen it, but one that I did like was the film adaptation of "Fahrenheit 451" directed by Francois Truffaut, it's in the same league. I haven't read the book either (cause I don't read), but I know the whole story and saying "1984" is basically now a slang/pop culture term for a film set in the near future that is some kind of warning, films like The Matrix or Equilibrium could be labeled as this in certain ways, but if u see or read 1984 let me know if its worth my time

also, if anyone else has read this I would like to know if: 1) You've seen my short "Entre to Exis" before? (if not the lnk is at the bottom) 2) If it is worth me renewing for another year this summer? 3) If I should out my recently edited (but long ago completed) high school project "Collective Subconscious", despite it being a major disaster, and more or less an Alan Smithee?
I ask because I have a number of options including having no films, only "Entre to Exis," only "Collective Subconscious," or both "Entre to Exis" and "Collective Subconscious." If you would watch it just say so and I'll put it on, but it's pointless to put just a **** film on here if ppl don't know who i amd and understand my film style and motives. Thanx, much appreciated...

it was a major disaster cause i could never get enough actors together at the same time and it makes no sense, but i pieced as much of it together as i could with my friends original composition/score and have a 22 minute short

Firstly, I would like to say I have read 1984 and seen the film. The book was good but I wasn't a big fan of the film. I probably would have enjoyed them both a bit more had I not been studying them for school. School seems to take the fun out of all films and books.
Secondly, to your 3 questions: 1) Yes, I've seen your short "Entre To Exis". I thought it was quite good, particulary the dialogue. I recommend it to all who haven't seen it. 2)If you don't mind paying the money, then you should renew the film. It can't hurt to have your film online for another year, for new members to view, or for older ones to view again. 3) Once again, if you don't mind paying, then send in your other film. I'm sure plenty of people on the site (myself included) would watch it.
