Jeff,
Could you explain your motivation for posting those L.O.T.A. films on the site? Counting them up, you have 13 films on here, $130 a year, each with only a few reviews, and barely any above the three star mark. Perhaps a little background of why you've chosen to take such an interesting (if sadly static) approach to presenting such a unique story?

And maybe could you throw in a little explination of what they're about, too? I think the visuals are definately a bit confusing to a lot of people.

I mean, judging by the feedback (or lack thereof) you're getting from these films, you're obviously not in it for the reviews. What then? Just honestly curious.

I'm in love with my world, and I want to get it out there. What's the point in doing something and not showing it?
I know LotA fails on many levels, and doesn't make for good filmmaking (whatever that is).
But they stand on their own.
All GREAT movements begin in obscurity and are ridiculed for their forms (ie- "sadly static"). But gradually they triumph because of the courage of their vision.

Inspirational. Thanks Jeff. And I meant "sadly static" in the sense that they seem to stand unappreciated. I appreciate your response. I think I'll try to watch a few tonight. Smile
