Can anyone tell me how or where to get a flattened image of a face to add to a model so it wraps around the face after printed to make a 3d face

i want print out a picture of a face and add it to a model so it wraps around and forms a face if anyone can help me or show me to go for a flattened rendering of a face p[lease post
