Alright, I am working on my zombie flick and..well.. so far its pretty unique.

Question for you guys though, once I have my recipe mastered - I require a few scenes where guts are blasted out of somebody. Not like a gunshot, but more like a bazooka shot. What I was thinking was - could I fill up an old Vacuum cleaner with my guts then block the end of it and let the pressure build up , then pull off the lid off it and shoot it out? I know I would need a vacuum cleaner with the reverse feature but I am not sure if it would work entirely. Any thoughts?

I would learn how to make a potato cannon and then modify it so it can squirt out liquids. That's my only idea....

if you can find a vaccum cleaner at goodwill or something, then I'd try it. But i dunno about using a good one. could be sketchy...

I guess it's worth a try, I'll let u folks now how it turns out.

are you gonna be like getting a shot of a wall or floor with a bunch of guts and crap come flying from OS?

if so just get about three friends, some water balloons, and maybe sling shots...then just shoot 'em and with editing it may look decent.

or just fill a big balloon up with guts and stuff then pop it.

Well the scene is set up like this, a guy and a girl are walking down a trail and his g/f is then tackled and dragged off by the zombie, the shot stays on the guy as he gets up (with sounds of the zombie ripping the girl to shreds) and looks up and screams, as he screams he's then slammed with his g/f guts. I guess I could just throw them as well.

First ya need one of these,or two, bad mofos...fill it up with fake blood and pump it up till there's no tommorow...



Then ya need some friends like these, get maybe...3 0r 4 friends...give two of 'em super soakers and the other 2 fake gore...


TIP: I was experimenting one day looking for new gore ideas for a movie I'm writing...I find that if you take old lettuce, or new, out of those pre-made salade bags and soak 'em with fake blood that it looks like ripped flesh....pork or beef also works...mix it together and have 2 friends have that in a slop bucket.



So then have the two friends shoot the blood while the other two throw the gore.


The end product should look like this (just replace the car with a person ;
