So I got myself a Canon XL1S a while ago and its a great camera except that theres no on board screen...just a view finder and I find that hard to deal with in some shots.
I was just wondering what most people do with this camera...are there any good light weight screens that can be mounted to them?

Im trying to track down a picture of the exact type of portable screens I used with the XL1's a while back. They were these mountable 6-7" medium-resolution screens that plugged into the back of the XL1, and really made it a whole lot easier to keep a lot of shots smooth and framed properly. I remember we had this dolly shot on the ground that went between/underneath an actors legs....and it probably wouldnt have been possible to do without those portable screens because it would have been extremely painful to try and look through the eyepiece that was 10" off the ground and moving at a decent pace. So they definitely came in handy.
