I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I write some great stories, I then turn them into scripts, and then I try and produce a film, and all hell breaks loose.

My biggest gripe is that I can't find competent actors! So now I'm stripping my scripts, almost to the bone, of any extra characters. Any ideas on finding good talent (they don't have to be great)?
