I was wondering, are you planning on making feature-length films later on? Maybe in Hollywood or something like that? I've seen all the films on your site and everytime they amaze me. The way you handle the camera movements, and just the overall style is awesome.

Aw shucks. I'm nothing special. You're embarrassing me here!

I'd love to shoot feature films... in Hollywood or outside, indie stuff or studio films... but that's a ways off. I can always dream though.

Hey Perry I just watched your short film on this site "The Banana Road" and left a review (the first for the year according to the stats). I quite enjoyed it, so just thought I'd pass on my congratulations. Its inspired me to go and buy some ape costumes.

That's actually happened to me. It was the most awkward thing that has ever happened at a movie screening INCLUDING the time the sound system dropped the left audio channel half way through, and it was discovered that I had accidentally put a few characters full-left.

Oh, and thanks Company! I'm delighted to have my first review of the year.

One time someone asked me to send them an autographed DVD of one of my films. That's the closest I've ever gotten.

Did they explain it with the always annoying "you're going to be the next Spielberg!" That drives me crazy Big Grin

Afterward I realized how silly and childish my autograph looked. I had to refine it a bit.

That gives me an idea. We should start a thread of autographs. We're all going to be famous one day, anyway. May as well start practicing.

That involves dragging my rebel out of its case, switching lenses, turning off the auto focus (for the out of aspect quality you mentioned), taking the photo, finding my flash card reader, importing the picture, downsizing for the web, uploading to my server, embedding the image in a forum post, and then posting it. So much effort...
