ya but these new cameras were 14 g's. there not on mini DV there on DVC pro digital film and i was wondering if the quality was better with the panasonics or does it matter once i get it onto FCP?

yes they are but we are also allowed to shoot our movies with them. are there any advantages to using the DVC instead of just DV?
