You mean a tripod with wheels on the legs? Or that connects to a wheel-contraption?

well...anything that can do what a tripod can do and what a dolly can do. I was even thinking about buying a skateboard and putting a tripod on it. I saw some tripod dolly on ebay but they all say "heavy duty"...and i just have a canon HV20

You could buy a tripod and pretty easily make a PVC dolly - not one that you ride on, but one that is in a T formation and that you stick a light tripod on. That would be very cheap and pretty easy to build. There are guides all over the interweb.

I used a furniture dolly from my work for most of my films. Works pretty good if the wheels are well oiled... but most tripod's that come with wheels are expensive.... but nice. The television studio at my school has a tripod with wheels, and it works amazing. We always sneak out of class and make short films using it (though we're confined to one room.)

Just build yourself a steadycam...
