Does anyone know where I can get a nice fisheye lens for my friend's Hi-8 camera?

Brendon Small is the main character in a cartoon called "Home Movies." It's about him and his two friends (who are all nine years old) and make films all the time. When they're not making films, they're usually at soccer practice, where Coach McGurk does innapropriate things: like take them to the mortuary to identify dead bodies etc. It's a really funny show and a must-see for any student filmmaker. It used to run on Cartoon Network's "adultswim" every night after Futurama, but now it's irregularly on adultswim on Sundays. (Usually the first show to run every sunday).

AAAAAANYWAY, in one episode Brendon is obsessed with getting a fisheye lens to complete his movie about aliens. The fisheye lens is all he talks about for the entire episode.

If you're willing to drop a couple hundred bucks you'd be best off getting the Century .3x fisheye (here) i used to have one when i had a sony trv11 and it was great.

I you look for a wide angle lens that is more than .5X (as in a .7X wide angle lens) it will act as a fisheye. ON protec direct you can get a sakar .7 wide angle lens for 200 bucks that will give the same effect as a fisheye.
