Hey, Recently when using one of my XL2's, The socket where you connect the lens with the camera has some problems, when i insert the lens, the lens is able to fidget around in its socket and whenever i put to much downward tension on the lens, the camera restarts, or the lens just makes some weird clicking noises, The metal attatchment on the lens is fine, but when I looked at the metal socket attatchment on the front end of the XL2 body itself, it is slightly loose and is able to rotate slightly back and forth, even tho it slightly rotates when the pressure of the lens is applied to it, it must intensify the leverage put on the metal socket. My question is, has anyone ever had this problem before or do you know how to fix it? I tightened the screws that hold the metal plate to the camera, but it didn't do anything, Can i fix this myself? or Do i have to send it in, and how much would it cost if I had to send it in?
Garr...thanks to whoever took the time to read this!
