thats harsh . . . every PC I have ever had crapped out in a year or two, but my macs have always lasted longer and remained competitive. i think with PC's they give you tech thats behind so your forced to update, but I think apple sets you ahead so you get more life out of it. thats just my experience with them, i could be wrong.
