I was recently given a Canon ZR 200 video camera for Christmas, and I have iMovie on my computer. What can I do with a ZR 200 and iMovie so I can make some good movies? Do I need anything else to get started with some basic shorts?

I've got a ZR200 as a secondary unit. It's good. I bought some step-up rings from 28 to 55 and put a telephoto lens and a wide angle lens on it. It's a decent DV camera.

To use it with iMovie, you need a firewire cable.
