ever wish you could use a gripdolly in a realy small place, and you have no room for it, so you have to make a ROTTEN trypod pan instead.

ha! this is great.

Florida's idea of "small bathroom" seems to be way different than California's idea of small bathroom.

most bathrooms here in the city can only hold two people, three if you someone in the bathtub. there's no way an ironing board AND an actor would fit in the bathroom i have now. (or any bathroom of anyone i know, now that i think about it.)

i wonder if there's a way to build one that rolls on the ground on some pressurized wheels, and can have something to extend the height of it. that way the bottom rolling part could be about a foot wide and a foot long. that would fit in our bathroom.

RFranco: You could build a small platform or even buy one and mount your tripod to it. The only problem is you would need a hell of alot of weight to keep such a small platform stable. At least 1, maybe 2 bags of cement on there.
That's the only thing that I think Liza's NanoDolly needs: more weight, but it will get that when she has the parts machined.

What do they say great minds think alike, I tryed it with two sand bags for S&Gs and it's better with out the weight, it works fine, even if I diden't want to get the wheels planed I think useing 2 axels instead of 4 will do the trick it wants to only use three wheels the balance is off just a drop, but hey it still does just what I wanted it to do and I made it in two hrs last night so gimie a break I have a lot of testing to do, lol, lol, lol.
