Im trying to help a friend with his video. He made a short about this platoon in war, yadda yadda yadda. What he wants to do is put the little fire that comes out of a gun after it has been fired. I know it has to be placed on frame by frame with a titler, but im not sure how. Could i make the image in flash or photoshop then import it? Im so confuesed on the best way to go about this. We have access to adobe premeire 6.5 and adobe pro, so if you know a way on any of those progams, it would help.

you can export frames in premiere, open them in photoshop, edit them, save them, reload in premiere, then zoom in and replace them frame by frame. it takes a hot minute but its the only way i know how to do it with premiere
