Do you guys think constantine is gonna be good? I'm really looking forward to it. Is this keanu's first movie since the matrix? While i'm on this topic...Does anybody know what the Wachowski brothers have in store next for us? Or were they one hit wonders?
I think im going to love constantine...until i go and see it- it's happened a lot throughout most of our lives im sure- "wow! looks good! eww! wait its bad!" but i definetly will see it- cause maybe it actually will be good- like Fight Club- or some other good movie i saw...

Constatine? ehhh. I don't think it'll be good, because I think they changed too much stuff around to make it a simple Keanu Reeves vehicle and didn't pay attention to detail. It'll be relatively mindless. I could be wrong though.

The guy directing it is a very very talented music video director so we all know the action and visuals will be amazing (His most recent video was BLACK EYED PEAS "Let's get retarded"). As for storytelling and characters, most music video directors crash and burn in this department, especially when it comes to walking the fine line that is "a comic book movie." With comic book movies, if things arn't set *just right* it'll end up being funny in all the wrong ways.
I'm sure Constantine will be worth seeing just because of the potential for unique visuals never before seen. Besides, Keanu can be really picky after his experience being in one of the biggest action trilogies ever made. As for it being a good movie...really hard to say, but the odds are against it.
P.S. He was last seen getting booty action from senior citizen Diane Keaton in "Something's Gotta Give."

I don't know if they used the same effects company as the Matrix, but man it just has the same look except with bats flying around. They should've tried getting atleast something different and stranger out of it, since it is about weird strange stuff. Let the effects company really go at it.
The acting doesn't look good in the trailer though. And neither does that girl. oh well.

This movie will be awful (Constantine). I saw the trailer with Life Aquatic - everyone in the theater was snickering from the first line, where Keanu moans "Uhhhh... it's... cold." Who cares about the special effects? Lord of the Rings combined amazing visual achievement with a powerful story and a core of humanity. I have zero interest in going to the theater to see a 100 minute music video.
Sin City, on the other hand, will hopefully be excellent. I've seen the Comiccon footage and it looks like it will be extremely entertaining as well as visually unique.

For some strange reason, placing Keanu in this film reminds me of putting Aston Kucher in 'The Butterfly Effect'. Maybe its because their both bad actors in reletively interesting films.
