Nothing to comment on the technical side. On the narrative side however: many holes. It feels like an episode for a larger series. Am I wrong or was it your team who came up with the Hitman series(Not bad either)? As a series, the concept works great. On its own, the film leaves many questions unanswered: Why must she be killed if this power is great? Who exactly wants her dead? A huge inconsistency I found in the plot was when we first meet the hitman. At the beginning he tries to snipe her and misses. Obviously as a result, he goes after her. Now why on earth does she go running into a warehouse? Rather closed in area for someone fleeing an assassin. Is this supposed to be her hideout or something? If so, it wasn't established. Back to the hitman, why doesn't he just shoot her on sight instead of reasoning with her? Not very professional if you ask me. Sure, he may have some kind of consciousness but that doesn't explain why he tells her "you won't get hurt" after just attempting the opposite.
Thinking more about the film, I imagine the ending was suppose to show some form of pity from the hitman for jenny. Instead of killing her, he hands her over to a therapist. We still don't know what he was trying to achieve in having her committed. Was it protection(from his organisation perhaps) or something more sinister? Either way, it's not terribly clear who were supposed to believe: Jenny's story (far fetched as it is. e.g. sneaking into hospitals to cure various patients) or the hitman (we still don't know what motivated him to change direction so suddenly).
Hope this helps.
