Being a high school student and growing filmmaker, i was wondering where i could get a good dolly (or just the wheels) for extremely low price. Also, what kind of cheap steadycam would you reccomend?

I noticed that a dolly would be extremely good for me in this short commercial project:
A&W Commercial

The next to last hallway shot was extremely shakey. and i'm kinda tired of pans and tilts.

Try building a skateboard dolley. All the materials can be had for under $100, and you can get some really great results.

yeah, like cinematical said, you should definitely build a dolly yourself, being a high school student without a budget.

I built one and it works exceptionally well. Even if i had the money i would probably just stick to the DIY dolly...

For the steadycam: http://steadycam.org

It might need some modification for your own needs but it works well. Big Grin
