We had a 3 week turnaround from pitch to final delivery. We shot the live footage in one day at the Municipal pier in Santa Cruz California on a HDcam with lens adapter in full 1080p.

As for the animation I used After Effects with all the compositions prepped in Photoshop and Illustrator. The animation rendering took forever with it being 1080p but overall it was the quickest turnaround I've ever had for a project. It's funny what gets done when you HAVE to get it done! I just recently caught up on my sleep.

I had a little experience of shooting, editing in Premiere and creating animations in AE, and I started to think that I maybe can with help of my friend (talended guy, he won 1st place on russian video-clip festival in “Orlyonok” camp in 2007) start my own video-service, making videos for independend bands from Russia (I live in Russia). And then I watched your video and I was like: “Yeah, we have to start doing this quality videos”.
