I mean, in it's conventional text. Becoming a uber-prick, with a super-huge mansion?
I'm watching some show on Showcase called "Hollywood Home Movies", and it's kinda describing how kids just grew up into already famous familes. Ie, Stiller. Hudson. Whatever etc. It's showing a lot of clips from their home movies...
Anywho, that was what brought this one, and I'm sure it's been questioned here before but I just hadn't noticed it.
I personally couldn't really see myself in a mansion. It appealed to me when I was really young, but now that I'm just "young" I don't seem to care. Hell, I believe in a two room house. lol, well, that's my style in The Sims series.
Adversly, I do expect myself to be a media-*****, given the chance... which realistically, I'll never get.
Also, I would expect some big tribute to Apple in my house... I know that's probably weird. Nah, is weird.
I have no interest whatsoever in being famous. And if I ever become that wealthy, I would live modestly. Only thing I'd really go all-out on is a car. But, for the most part, I have way more respect for the modest successful guys out there.
Well Im half with JW. I dont want to be ubber famous (and doubt I would be anyway) but wouldnt mind moderate fame, although i would live somewaht modestly. I DO NOT wantt o live in LA DO NOT want to be part of the "scene". Hell thats actually the thing I like most about Robert Rodriguez. Stayed in Austin, built what he needed there. Thats more my speed, create my own little world to live in.
As for "selling out" depends on your deffinition. There are certain things that I dont want to, and wont do But alot of my ideas are farily commercial anyway, so a "studio" pic would probablly be okay with me. It all depends on the piece. Of course part of me dreads those polotics but, such is the nature of the game. R. Michael
