Well, its a little indistinct and busy/cluttered... to tell you the truth. Maybe if it had more striking and symmetrical layout, and less obscure shots it would work better. Its not bad though.

I like some of the transparancy effects you did, but I think you should raise the opacity on the ninja dude on the left and completely get rid of the guy in the middle and just have the pictographs on one half, and the ninja guy on the other half. Maybe it's just me, but the guy in the middle takes the seriousness out of the whole poster. Unless it's a comedy, I'd take him out - Just my opinion.
Some pretty standard adivice has already been given. Your movie might be good, but your marketing department is... lacking. No offence.
Also, on your Matrix fan film, you really, REALLY need to decrease the file size on your preview shots. I have 56k, which still dl's at a reasonable rate mind you... and it was taking over 3 minutes to dl the first 3 photo's.
Essentially, turn them into slightly lower quality jpeg's. It'll do wonders to your bandwidth.
