I though of a good psychological thriller and I wrote the outline. I started writing the script but Im having a difficulty getting the dialogue right. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this problem?

Read it out loud to yourself. It will most likely sound idiotic. Then you've got to keep saying stuff over and over again until it sounds good read aloud, and means the same thing as the first attempt, more or less.
