I can't say I hated it. As the posters above mentioned, the camera work wasn't great, there was a lot of awkward movement. You should defininetly work with the manual functions of the camera, especially your problem with the focus. I did like the actors and the ending was... nice, with the girl initiating the first move.

It seems you know a little bit about getting a story and a message across, now work on the technical aspects. Maybe do a little bit of storyboarding, understand how to work with the camera a little more, etc.

Thanks, Armen.

That seems to be the general consensus. "Decent acting, good story, need LOTS of work with technical stuff."

I'd imagine that I'm in a fairly auspicious position... technical stuff can be taught, or learned, right? Especially if I keep working hard at it-- which I definitely plan on doing.

Thanks to everyone who's helped me out here. You guys are pretty rad Razz

Good to hear you learned a lot from my movie! I did design it as a sort of training guide, haha. Not really.

That's a bummer to hear you won't be able to reshoot. It would be such a lovely film if you did. Nevertheless, I look forward to your next shoot. I remember having to do music videos in TV production class. I did "1985" by Bowling for Soup. Fun stuff.

Have you ever heard of Project Greenlight?
