I am making an indie, kinda, film and I was wondering whether I should get mutliple cameras?

Well your question is very vague, but I will say most filmmakers at our level have enough trouble trying to manage 1 camera. Unless you are doing something that is very hard or impossible to repeat (explosion, etc) or very pressed for time, I would suggest sticking with one camera.

Save money and learn to manipulate one camera. See El Mariachi to see how well a one camera setup can be used.

Filmmaking is almost exclusively a one-camera affair. Don't get more than one camera unless you've got a special effects scene that can't be repeated and you need multiple angles on it.

I know. I can't wait until they finally come out with "emotion players" so I can finally watch a movie that actually means something.

I recently used a two camera setup for a scene I shot.

We used a CP-16 as the main camera and an arri BL as the slow motion camera. Here are a few pics.
