I did not like this movie for the following reasons. I felt the special effects were more noticable this time around than the prior films- meaning i feel they stood out from the scenery and did not blend in. The editing was horrible. What was up with the dozens of fade in and outs at the conclusion of the film? The film dragged in many parts. I did not hate this movie, but I will not watch it again.

and the editing has been poor throughout all of the LOTR (noticeably that pointless (and ugly) cut to gandalf at the end of ttt as he's charging down)
