this summer Im makeing a short horror film. my freinds are going to be in it. anyway since Im in high school I am on a very low budget and most of my money is going towards a digital camcorder and editing software. does anyone no a site that shows you how to do cheap make up effects?

Here is a good site, don't know if it is low budget but if you take your time, you could make some hellaish mask from this site.

Once you get there, click on the Special Effects section. There are a few special effects tutorials and a few make up effects that are ultra cheap to do. They'll cost you less than $5.
