You should definately talk to one of the composers who post on this site, but if you want to used premade music heres some other options aside from those mentioned above: freeplaymusic Has a lot of generic sounding stuff that is supposedly copyright free depending on how you interpret their terms of use. Opsound has some creative commons stuff but it tends to be kind of experimental.

At BEST BUY I found 10,000 loops (7 gig) of royalty free loops (44.1/16b) for $29.99. You would just need some sort of sound mixing program to put them together in. The program is Magix Sound Pool DVD. It isn't the best, but the loops are varied in style and sound pretty good. I use Quick Tracks for Premier Pro or use local musicians to score original work. Good luck.
