I am looking for a use (or new, yeah right) Canon XL1 or XL1s for 2500. I have the money and prefer it to be shipped C.O.D. Anyone know anywhere I can find one let me know. Also, and this is a stupid question... I'v read somewhere that the XL1 doesn't have firewire output? I know the XL1s does, but does the XL1 as well? Thanks. P.S. When I say camera I do me lens and vewfinder as well.

whoever told you that is pretty much . . . incompetent!

both XL-1 and XL-1s have firewire output.

check the net, though, an XL-1 for 2500 should be easy to find. I suggest B&H online for a new model, but just check around on ebay, but buyer beware. a little more cash, and the XL-1s is in yours, i bought mine for $3200.
